ODOT and front entrance

I believe ODOT will have to pay for that land? I have to assume if we are represented well we can rebuild a very nice entrance. They can't just take it.
For the long term it may be better if the exit is controlled.

There is much to learn here, and I hope the homeowners are kept informed.
