Household Dues are $20 per year. Each household holds two votes at General Membership Meetings (decisions on projects, officers, spending, and community activities).

Checks are made payable to the Grandview Estates Homeowners Association. Once you have completed the membership application form below, attach your check and bring it to the meeting, or place in the GEHA drop box located in front of 12061 N. 6th Street (second house North from Lincoln Avenue).
