GEHA Officers for 2006

Yes, it?’s that time again. The Grandview Estates Homeowner?’s Association is required to annually nominate, and then elect, members of the Executive Board for the coming calendar year. The By-Laws require this at the ?“fall meeting,?” which is being held on December 13.

All seats are open for nomination from the floor. Announced candidates are shown on the sample ballot. Charles Bucknam is stepping down as Secretary. Deborah Sherwood is a former GEHA Board member.

Current dues paid members of the GEHA are eligible for nomination to any position on the ballot. The candidate receiving the most votes for each position will be elected. The GEHA By-Laws prohibit two members of the same household serving on the Board.

A new Secretary will have the advantage of several mentors available who have previously held the position. Anyone who is interested in performing that service can contact any board member for information. ☺
