This message below comes from a lady in Crossgate, a neighboring community. Please be careful when anyone unknown comes to your door. Do not let them into your home. One lady did ... and now has $40 less than before these young con artists came by.

?“Today, two young men, one black and one white, were in the neighborhood ''selling'' magazines to help finance their trip to study in London next semester.
The white boy came to my door. He was very friendly, had sandy blonde hair and said he was ?‘Matt, Judy and Bob's son from down the street.?’ I've lived here long enough to know that he was lying, and I've also had someone try this scam on me a couple of years ago.
Whatever you do, DO NOT let these young me into your homes and DO NOT give them any money. THIS IS A SCAM!
We notified the Louisville Metro Police Department about these boys, so they are aware of the situation. I wanted to alert all of you that this is going on.?”
