What happened to the interesting Graymoor-Devondale newsletter we used to get? It had short, easy-to-read stories with lots of useful information in it. And I loved the photos of things going on in our city. And the photos looked right ... not stretched to fit a page -- or whatever was done to that police photo a while back.
Our city's newsletter now is a JOKE! Actually, an embarrassment. Surely we as a city could do better than this.
Stupid stories written by a dog???? Oh, please. Word-for-word reprints of b-o-r-i-n-g news releases from the air quality people? Filling up a WHOLE PAGE!? Worth maybe 2-3 sentences, at most. And what's with the cutesy ''riddle.'' Who the heck cares?
And what has happened to the Mayor's letter? I used to feel like I understood what's going on in the city and with the city council after reading the mayor's letter. Now it barely tells me anything.
And ... why are we getting a ''February'' newsletter on the last day of Feburary?
Can someone please explain what's happened to the newsletter? Even better, can someone please FIX IT?????
