Barnes Road reconstruction is still held up by lack of agreements with Pine Castle.
The issue revolves around the retention pond.
The Little Pottsburg Creek project is being fast tracked to provide funding quicker.
If funding is available with the fast track, the start will be in April.
Construction will start up stream and progress down stream in three sections.
No word yet on Spring Park Road.
