EYESORE AT UNIVERSITY BLVD AND SANTA MONICA

"The area around the University Billiard Club at University and Santa Monica is an eyesore and a disgrace to our community and the City of Jacksonville. There is always loads of trash around that never gets cleaned up. Who is responsivle for this area? Right now there are two mattresses in the road. The only good thing is they are in super big holes and may protect your car if you hit them.

The streets (especcially Santa Monica S) are in dire need of repaving. There are holes everywhere including the Winn Dixie parking lot. Are there any plans to repave this area?"

It is a true representation of the area in question and also pertains to the other end of the shopping center at Terry Rd.
Does anyone wish to suggust a cure.
Would you volunteer to help clean up this mess?
Bring it up at the next meeting and let's work to correct this problem.
