Victory on Hogan Road

Once again we have prevailed in our fight to stop the encroachment of traffic and larger roads into our neighborhood. I spoke with Suzanne Jenkins and she has informed me that she was able to pull the proposed plan to widen Hogan Road off the Jacksonville road construction plan. It has been shelved again. What this means is it will not be funded or worked on or planned for now. Not until someone tries to put it back on the the plan again, at which time I will see it and start the fight all over again. So we can take a breath for now but we must be ever so ready to fight again.

I would suggest you send a thank you letter to Suzanne for her support in our neighborhood causes. She deserves your support.
