Other meetings will be added ONLY if a situation asises where we need to rwsolve an issue that cannot wait until the next scheduled meeting.

NOTE 1: This schedule meets the requirements of our ByLaws, which say that at least four meetings must be conducted each year and that the fourth Thursday in October is the Annual Meeting.

NOTE 2: We srtive to start our meetings on time, and be finished within 1 hour.
