I am seeking information about reporting a landlord in this community who fails to maintain his property. Also, how is it possible that this landlord can rent out a property as two units when the second unit does not have its own address or own utilities? Several other concerns I have are that the structural integrity of the rear property is a safety violation in so many ways, and that there is MOLD growing on the back patio which is getting worse and I am concerned that it has entered the house. Please let me know of who I may call to discuss this matter.
