We Went To The Farm!

Our class had its first field trip this week. It was to the Sunny Acres Farm. We saw the barn and three cows. The farmer showed us how he milks them.

Then we saw chickens and roosters and pigs. A picture of the rooster is on this page. The pigs were very loud and were not dirty like we thought they would be. One pig snorted his nose in the dirt. We asked the farmer what he was doing and he said, "Looking for food". He meant BUGS!!

It was a great trip and we learned a lot. Thank you to the parents who drove us and went with us.

Room Mother Needed

Our class needs a room mother (or father!). This person's duties are to help plan holiday parties, round up drivers for field trips, and assist at Back to School night.
