Green Ridge Estates HOA

Wow, leaving for work this morning and counted at least 8-9 signs at the main entry way to subdivision. Yard sales, estate sales, political signs, for sale signs.... what is up with this? Who is suppose to police this and make sure they are not placed? One house in Ridge Park Court has 7-8 political signs in yard, all sorts of childrens toys in the front yard, a turned over basketball goal, a large trailer parked beside the house that has been there for months, several garbage cans in front of the house some turned over, a broken fence gate leaning on the side of the house,four cars in the drive and two in the street, and this house is for sale. This one house alone has broken numerous Association rules. What can be done about this? How can we contact someone on the board? Where is the list of Board members and how can this information be sought.
