As I have moved back recently I've noticed a lot of our homes in poor condition from years of hail and poor weather. The wood trim around the windows have wood rot, siding look horrible, pain is missing or tattered and roofs in new repair going in. Has anyone thought of stucco? Or metal roofing and iron fencing....Has the committee given any thought to allowing the homes and neighborhood a dramatic face lift. I've only seen one home that has stucco on the back side of the house...please comment or leave feedback.
