What is the current situation with the trucks traveling thru Watt ave? I thought I read somewhere a while back that they had to take 50 over to 80, and not cut thru Watt ave.
I see this one guy lately out there taken pictures all the time of them but I'm not sure why and I don't feel comfortable asking.
Also, I saw the speed truck monitor about a year ago and that only lasted for about a week or so. Wasn't that suppose to be an ongoing thing?
