Association Fee Collection Policy

To inform new Co-owners and to provide a gentle reminder to existing Co-owners, the following explains the Greenbrooke Parkhomes Condominium Association Fee collection procedure:

1. Monthly Assessment fees are due the 1st of each month.
- A grace period of 10 days (10th of the month) is allowed for payment to reach the addressee without penalty.

2. On the 11th day of the month if payment in full has not be received by the addressee, the Co-owner is assessed a late payment charge of $25.00

3. If the account remains unpaid on the 15th day of the first month in which the delinquency occurred, the Co-owner is advised of the late charge and also advised of a Notice of Intent to file a lien. (A $25.00 charge is applicable for such notice).

4. 10th day of the 2nd Month
- If the account has not been paid in full:
- All unpaid monthly assessments for the fiscal year become due and payable
- The account is turned over to the Association's Attorney with a request to file a lien
- All future contacts are between the Co-owner and the Association's attorney
- The Co-owner is responsible for all Attorney fees.
