GREEN HILL WOODS BOARD MEMBERS

Board Responsibilities:
Your Board of Directors have committed themselves to work together to insure the quality and attractiveness of our neighborhood and to achieve a fair and equitable enforcement of the Declaration of Restrictions that apply equally to all residents.

President -- Elma Granata 
Has general and active management and control of the business of the Association. Represents the association before governmental board and bodies.

Vice President -- Penny Brugman 
Performs the duties and exercise the powers of the President during the absence or the disability of the President.

Secretary -- Lillian Papich
Attends all meetings of the membership and of the Board of Directors and preserve in books the true minutes of these proceedings

Treasurer – Joan Galica
Has custody of all funds and shall keep in books a full and accurate account of all receipts and disbursements for the expenses of operating the Association. Invoices the residents for the annual dues charges each year.

Director -- Larry Ehlers
Shall maintain and beautify the subdivision and the care thereof: the entranceways, commons and pond area. Shall execute approved contracts with outside contractors for the purpose of that care.

Director -- Dennis Novak   

Shall maintain and beautify the subdivision cul de sacs & entranceways.

Director-- Cindy Helisek
Enforces regulations as specified in the Deed Restrictions. These restrictions include buildings or other structures, fences, storage sheds, vehicle laws, recreational vehicles, animals, dumping, home businesses, signs and noise.

Pond Committee: John Wilkes, Larry Bdejov                                 

Care for, treat and maintain the Pond.


Welcoming/Social Organizer -- OPEN
Provides welcome package to new residents that include copies of the Deed Restrictions and Bye Laws. Promotes the subdivision‘s social and recreational activities.

Neighborhood Watch– Donna Belsky
Making your community a safer and crime free environment. The program works on the simple principal of neighbors watching out for neighbors. The Neighborhood and Child Watch Groups consists of block captains and they receive training by the police department
