No Grass cut, No Pool open, no Lawyers in site. Where is the money going? I guess we just sit back and the few who pay their dues are being robbed, the ones who dont ruin it for the ones who do.

I AM HAPPY THE GRASS GOT CUT.  WHAT IS NEXT FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD?

There was a Homeowners meeting in Spanish on June 2 and another in English on June 9th.  At those meetings it was explained where the money is going and the current budget handed out.  It was also told how many homes had been turned over to the lawyer.  Apparently you missed the meetings even though signs were up at the entrances to the subdivision, emails were sent out to those on the email list and the meetings were posted on the calendar on this website.

Meetings have been scheduled in Sept. and have been on the calendar on this website since June 11th, as well as other things going on that concern our community.
