Why is it the people in our neighborhood put out all trash when it says TREE WASTE? That trash will lay out for a month. Why is it some people have cars sitting in their drive way with a flat for over a YEAR and it is ok? Why do the same people have garage sales EVERY MONTH? Why must I be forced to see 15 CARS parked at one house day in and day out when that only says multiple familes live there? Why do I keep asking these questions???It is clear NO ONE CARES.
