I don't seem to understand how people are not on top of these deed restrictions!! This neighborhood used to be so beautiful compared to what it looks like now. Houses need lots of work, and yards need plenty of maintenance. For example, there's a neighbor on West Rd. that has like a jungle growing right in front of her lawn that you cannot even see her house, yet it's been like that for many years now, and nothing gets done about it. It upsets me so much that others do so much to make their homes neat and nice while others ruin it for us. We need a tough board to take care of these problems if not this neighborhood is going to fall apart even more.
