The Greens HOA

 I saw a badly injured cat on Apple Valley tonight.  Its front right leg is furless and has open wounds.  Looks like it could have been caught in a leg hold trap or attacked by a dog.  The cat is a thin adult, gray with black stripes and black tail.  It has greenish eyes.  It ran when I tried to approach it, and runs mostly on three legs.  Does this cat belong to someone?  He needs medical attention ASAP.  I feel very badly for this cat!
