Is there a limit on the number or cars that are allowed to be parked in front of your house?  Our neighbors have six cars!  They usually have company every night and some of the company sleeps over.  Normally there are 7 to eight cars in front of their house in the evenings.  One particular vehicle has not moved in well over a year.  It does not run and has bricks stacked on the roof.  Is this something you can help resolve (because they are not friendly) or should I just contact the Police?

Update to the house on Jasmine Dr.:  The Police have been called several times because of suspicious activity at the house (I have personally witnessed their son selling drugs to other neighbors).  The activity has seemed to have slowed down but I think they have just moved their operations inside the house.  At least they fixed the broken car with the bricks on the roof.  It's sad to have such people living in our nice neighborhood.  Hopefully they'll OD or get arrested!
