Greenshire Homeowner's Association

We are currently having a problem with someone allowing their large dog to mess all over our yard.  There are currently 6 large piles out there! What are the ordinances for Greenshire- can anything be done?

I have had the same problem.  Somebody lets their dog mess right in my front yard next to the sidewalk.  This happens about twice a month.  It really comes down to the pet owner having integrity and manners.  I always pick up after my dog, it's not that difficult. 

Hope the problem is getting better.  There's usually an annual blurb in the Greenshire Gazette to remind folks, but still, some just don't care.  The city does have an ordance on pet responsibilities (including cleanup) and city inspectors in the Marshall's office can issue citations if you know who the offender is.  We keep extra bags in the garage, and offer dog walkers a bag if there isn't a visible one.
