Greenshire Homeowner's Association

Once again, we have renters next to us...the third family in two years!  Anyway, they have put up a trampoline in the backyard and have placed a refrigerator and large screen tv out back on their porch.  Such a lovely sight to see when I step out on my porch.  Ugh!  And they just moved in about a week ago.  Can't wait to see what's next!  Are these items in violation of the Greenshire's HOA?  Please help.  Thank you.

Sorry to hear about that.  We have had renters next to us for 10 years.  Only 1 out of 5 have been decent neighbors.  The HOA will not enforce anything pertaining to your issue.  They will not even enforce violations that are visible from the street.  My renter neighbor stores his big green trash can right in front of the garage.  His yard looks terrible; I guess he's trying to compete with the neighbor across the road with who can have the worse yard!
