Isn't it against the HOA to store boats and rvs in driveways or on the street? I pay storage for mine. The boat is back on Osage, when is the HOA going to step up and enforce the rules we pay for? We can barely get down the street as it is since everyone parks on both sides of the street, in particular the man on the corner who constantly parks at the stop sign

There is a difference between storing a boat or RV on the street and bringing it home for the weekend, for what ever reason.  We all have other concerns to focus on that detract from the neighborhood e.g.yards that aren't being maintained and cars parked that never move and leave huge oil stains.

I certainly agreee with you in regards to neighborhood yards not being maintained.  There are several yards on Jasmine that look terrible.  The neighbor across the street from us cuts the grass about once every 3 or 4 months.  Another down the street is even worse.  Grass going to seed, huge weeds and thistles, it is an embarrassment!  I wish the HOA could enforce the rules a little more.  Or maybe there are no rules when it comes to keeping up your yard!
