I would like to petition City of Memphis to Change the posted speed limit on Kirby Parkway from Messick Rd to Poplar Pike from 40 to 35 MPH. It is 35 MPH from Poplar to Humphreys. If someone can guide me on how to hake action on this. I would appreciate it.

I agree and would sign. Irate speedsters often angryily honk and give me hand "signs" when I am attempting to turn into my drive way. My neighbors get the same treatment. Germantown police often give out traffic tickets at night, which helps. I don't know how to get it changed but, maybe our council-person might. Good Luck, Larry
