I live in Northwood Hills and after the recent storm noticed several outlets not working in my home. After further investigation found the outlet in the garage to have burnt insallation on the wires. I could change the outlet myself, but my concern is what caused it to burn and why my circuit breaker did not trip off. I am looking for a electrician that won't just replace the outlet but check the problem. I have looked at every possible cause that I know and can not come up with an answer of what caused it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
