Many neighborhoods set aside a day to ''spruce up.'' This might include hauling off or burning debris, picking up trash, mowing weeds, putting out landscape plants or planting flowers, etc. Is there an interest in doing this? If so, what do you think needs to be done. I'd be willing to help organize the event if there is enough interest.
