Do we really want to do Christmas trees this year? I know we want to attract the attention of potential buyers but what do you think of possibly a yard decoration contest? One that is tastefully done but accomplishes the same thing?

How many of us go ourselves or carry our children to other neighborhoods to see the Christmas lights? Why couldn't we be one of those neighborhoods?

Is it worth a thought and some discussion?

I like the uniformity of our traditional trees, but I wouldn't be against tastefully elaborate yard decorations.

I think that a 'decorating contest' is a great idea, however I think we should still do the Christmas trees seeing as how it's kind of a tradition.

I like the idea of having a christmas tree. I would personally like to still get one at christmas. I also like the idea of letting the ones that want to decorate the outside of their homes too.
