Christmas Trees

I prefer the Trees. If individuals choose to decorate their houses, yards, etc. that is fine, too. But, a large chunk of our dues go toward paying for the trees. So, I don't think it is right to change it after dues have already been paid. But, if a number of individuals are against the trees, maybe it is something that should be discussed at a meeting sometime before next Christmas.

Trees

I think that we should stick with the trees because it makes our neighborhood original. How many other neighborhoods in G-wood have you seen that have trees lit up at every house on the street?
I'm not against others decorating their homes, because I myself have my house decorated, but we should still stick with the trees.

Christmas Trees

I am assuming that there is not a Christmas decoration contest going on since there was no talk of it in the newsletter and that we're now a week from Christmas. I like the trees as well but think a decoration contest would be a fun way to get the neighborhood involved!!! Maybe next year?
