Upcoming February Meeting Note from Sandy

Folks,

There will be a meeting Monday Feb 4th at Alessi's  Bakery. We are required to have two a year. This will be our first for 2013 and then we can see when and who you would like to have at our next meeting.

We will be meeting under the Alessi tent this time. There will be room for everyone to sit. The tent does not have a lot of light so bring your flashlights and dress accordingly.

Refreshments  (coffee and cookies)will be served around 5:30 PM for those of you that would like to come early and socialize with your neighbors.

The actual meeting will start at 6:30.

Program:

• A representative of DISTRICT 1 Police Dept  
• Frank Ruiz the Supervisor for our area from The Clean City Dept. Mr. Ruiz will  explain the responsibilities of this department and will also be open for questions. Some of you had concerns about the state of our alleys and empty lots, so he should be able to give us some answers and make some suggestions.
• Please bring a new neighbor

Please feel free to stay after the presentations and visit with your neighbors

I will be going mail box to mail box again delivering notices for the meeting, If anyone would like to volunteer to help me I would appreciate it. You don't have to knock on any doors, just put the flyer in the mailboxes. I'll be doing this next week end January 25th and 26th.
