Reservation policy and rules may change from time to time. The current ones should be on the web site but the reservation coordinator, Linda Fisher, will have them reguardless. Instructions:

1) Call Linda Fisher, the Clubhouse Coordinator, at 753-5152 or e-mail her at clubhousecoordinator.grovepark@gmail.com to determine if the clubhouse or pool is available for your function.
2) Complete this form, sign, and hand-deliver or mail with the two deposits to Linda, the Clubhouse Coordinator.
3) The Clubhouse Coordinator will contact you regarding key, etc.
