CLUBHOUSE RULES

EMERGENCY

If there is an emergency with the Clubhouse facility, there is a contact list next to the phone in the hall.

CLUBHOUSE RESERVATIONS

All reservation requests must be made through Sandy Emerling, 624-9489, on a first come basis. No reservations are to made more than 90 days in advance.

FEES AND DEPOSITS

Please see the Grove Park Clubhouse Rental Request Form for details.
Deposits will be refunded, less charges, IF: (a) None of the following Rules are violated; and (b) There is no damage, missing items, etc., after would require the expenditure of money by the Grove Park Homeowners Association.


General Rules
1. All functions must end by 12:00 midnight, pool by 9:00p.m.
2. Complete Club House Cleanup Check List.
3. The Grove Park Clubhouse and Pool areas are smoke-free facilities. If guests are to smoke, they are to do so in the parking lot and place all cigarette butts in the trashcan.
4. Rental of the Clubhouse does NOT include exclusive use of the pool.
If you will be reserving the pool along with clubhouse, there must be one (1) adult LIFE GUARD per ten (10) swimmers at poolside (not pool area) at all times. Maximum number of pool guests is twenty (20). So if you have 11 to 20 swimmers, you need 2 LIFE GUARDS.
5. Pets are not permitted in the clubhouse, pool area, or anywhere inside the fenced area.
6. There is to be no tape, pins, staples etc., placed on or into any part of the structure
7. Only (2) gas grills are permitted within the fenced area of the Club House and pool. When using a gas grill it is to be located by the fence next to the doors of the pool’s pump room.
8. All Garbage is to be put in garbage bags and taken back to your house for disposal during the pool operating season (due to large volume of weekend garbage with collection on Fridays).
9. In order to receive a refund of the deposit, a follow-up walk through must be conducted, Club House Cleanup Check List completed, signed, and turned in. Please make every effort to leave the facilities in the same condition or better than you accepted it.
