We see these same problems plague our neighborhood through the years!
®Neighborhood Association crime stats still show burglaries as a problem. This is the holiday season, please be alert and on your guard, at all times. Always lock doors and windows, especially when away (that includes your vehicles too). Do not leave your Christmas gifts and valuables out in easy sight?…don't make it easy for a thief to get your shopping! Keep lights on outside for easy visibility; be careful of children playing in the area. School will soon be out ?– many times they are in the roadway and not necessarily watching what you are doing, or where you are driving. Call 911 immediately if you see suspicious behavior around your or your neighbor's home or something "just doesn't look right". If you see strangers going from door-to-door or strange cars in the neighborhood, keep an eye on them. Do not let 'city department representatives' or 'utility workers' in without proper identification. They should always have it. Call the company if unsure. Beware of quick to-your-door sales. If it seems to good to be true, it probably is!!
If you want to report grafitti - the fastest way is through the Neighborhood links on the city website for neighborhoods. You will need to know the address. They have been prety good at a fast response!
