Median restoration and care

Thank you to Richard Schwartz for doing battle with the "weed control" vendors who product obviously did not do anything to help this past year. He secured a rebate that we will apply towards another product to help us this coming spring/ summer.

A very special Thank You to Byron Thomas who has devoted so much work on the first 3 medians on Evergreen Ave. It is also evident that "Eddie" has been working on the first median as well as Michael Lyman and Roger Barnes on the next to the last median on Evergreen.
