Neighborhood Protection is being changed by the mayor and will no longer be under the Houston Police.  It will be a separate entity and we hope more efficient in processing.

I'm just as discouraged as you over things not being followed up on in Section I.

311 is now on the internet so I will again report your problem to 311; this time on the internet that seems to get a bit better response.

The dues have been kept low and it is a struggle to get members to participate and in turn meet expenses.  800 residents and only only 330 paid members carrying the load.

I'm discouraged on reading this.... there will never be a resolution for this bad apple that will always get away from deed restrictions. This is the GULF MEADOWS CIVIC CLUB MONSTER that they created.... I give up. may the rst of the neighborhood follow is his footsteps. The civic club can forget about knocking on my door or inquiring about anything to do with Gulf Meadows....stay away from my front door civic club. It's time to move out of this poor excuse for a neighborhood. You can have 500 paid members and you will always have this bad apple get with deed restrictions..... no need to reply anymore ...this subject is DONE!
