After much research and consideration, we have decided on Z's Home Improvement Inc to replace out gutters. Letters and flyers will be sent out and distributed over the upcoming days to keep you up to date about this project. We thank you for your patience in advance.

Z's Home Improvement has started on the gutter project on June 1, 2016. Everything thus far has gone extremely smoothly. They have about 3-4 crews working and are doing 3-4 houses at a time. Weather permitting, we will have the project complete in less than 2 weeks. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Due to the unfortunate weather last week, the gutter project was placed on hold due to the rain. The project has been going well as Pierce St. homes have been completed and we will resume with Lucia Plz on Mon June 8. If the weather cooperates, we should be done with the project by weeks end. Please remember not to park your cars in the driveway during this time period. Thank you again for your cooperation.
