New Declarations Approved - Needed Two-Thirds say "YES"

Thanks to all those homeowners who signed their approval forms. After four months of signing meetings, telephone calls, reminders; the necessary 154 approvals of the New Declarations has been achieved.

A big Thanks to all the notaries in our development who volunteered their time to get the job done.

The New Declarations will go into effect six months from the date they are recorded at the courthouse. The effective date for the implementation of the New Declarations will be around September 1st and each residents will be notified by June 1st..
