HAND is always looking for people who are interested in being a part of the neighborhood association. Their is a meeting open to the public every Third Thursday of the month at St. Philips Church (16th & Division) from 7 PM - 9 PM. We have a open forum for neighbors from 7 - 7:30. Please join us!
