Are you having the same problem I have with ATT DSL service out here. Can seem to stay connected. Have had ATT service personnel come to the house out here on lower Tantallon 3 time and called their service number many time and still can't stay connected.  Some day are worst than others. I do have their fastest speed service.

Not having any problem with my service except when a digger cuts a line or my DSL modem fails.     

MY BOYS ARE TELLING ME THAT IT IS LAGGING FOR THEM ON THEIR X BOXES.  THEY ARE GOING TO CALL THIS AFTERNOON.  WE LIVE AT 624 TANTALLON.  BACK SIDE

REGARDING: The Late, Great, Bellsouth....now AT&T!

I get this complaint all the time. Since Bellsouth merged with AT&T, the service has gone to hell. Their customer services are more like Rabid Dogs. They have out-sourced their Tech Support to you know where. The Corporation is so big that the pot doesn't know what the handle is doing. They have been known to harrass people if you don't meet their expectations, as I was told in so very few words by an experienced Customer Service Agent in July 2007.

I quit AT&T in August 2007 after getting tired of the BULLSHIT. If you continue to get inferior service, it's time to call the Public Utility Commission in Jackson, the Better Business Bureau and anyone else you can think of.

THIS is also what you can do. There is a AT&T Presidential Service Representative that you can request to speak to when you next call the Business Office. They reportedly will return your call. I spoke to one this afternoon concerning another client that has had the same problems you have had.
