We are looking at a lot to build on. The sign says Spring Manor, it looks to be real old.

We did not see any amenities at all. There was a city park area out of the neighborhood and across a busy street. Did see where the HOA's was 300.00 per year, Really! Is it a sub dividison where you can opt out? Someone on the HOA board please response. I would like to talk to someone.
