I certainly hope that any potential home-buyer that is considering purchasing or building in the Preserve at Gann Ranch subdivision takes the time to stop and visit with the homeowners in the area. New buyers need to be aware of the Carrierhome Builders' self elected HOA and their hand chosen president. Deed restrictions are not being enforced and the builder is the biggest abuser of them all. I guess when you elect yourself to the HOA board, you can abuse your voting power and not enforce restrictions on yourself.
