Hi, haven??™t talked with you in a few years, but was wondering if you??™re still at Lakeridge? I have a neighbor who thought about buying at Lakeridge and I??™ve printed out our convos from ??˜16 and ??˜17 for her to read...caveat emptor and all. I cannot imagine there??™s been a substantial change, for the better, at Lakeridge, am I right?

Yeah still here. In fact I was asked to sit on the board and I agreed. Complex is a bit better. New roofs are being installed and breakins are rare with security all night.Dues will be raised soon but no assessments on the horizon.Changes are very difficult to make and often items get tabled for a long time. This makes residents with legit complaints waiting in the queue. Places that come up for sale seem to sell fast when priced fairly. Some just ask for way to much in my opinion. All in all things are better but that is all because of me.(LOL)

Glad to hear things are slowly getting better, and your neighbors certainly made a wise choice in asking you to serve on the Board.
