I am not happy at all, we never received a bill, but yet it gets to the credit place and we have to pay an extra $300.00. It has been paid, we have not received anything back yet. Never even knew who we would ever send the money too. Never received and the person living there always gave us the mail. But yet still don't know how to make sure they are sent to this address every year. Didn't bother looking for the address but credit place had no problem. Not happy at all.

Someone on the board, or whatever, would sure like to know.
