Greetings everyone. We hope everyone is having a good summer. The trustees have been very busy. The landscaping has been contracted to a new service. The entry's and access lot look really nice.

There are a few homeowners who have not paid their dues yet. We cannot stress enough the importance that all dues are paid. Not only does it assure that the entranceways are cared for, it also guarantee's that you have a voice in the decisions of our community. If you are a homeowner you are obligated to pay the dues. Legal action wil be taken against homeowners who have not paid their dues.

We will be having a Homeowners Association meeting on Thursday, October 16th. Doors open at 6:30, meeting will start at 7:00. This will be a good time to meet your neighbors and voice your concerns. We would like to hear your ideas and comments.

Please remember that all homeowners are members of the Association. Lets work together to make this a great community.

We will be having another community Yard sale September 20th & 21st. See you in the neighborhood.
