This notice is to remind residents of the areas the Homeowners Association is responsible for maintaining. Each side of both entrances, the access lot on Hackworth and the retention area. These areas are being maintained with the dues Homeowners pay annually.

There are homeowners along Obetz Road that have not been maintaining behind their fences. This was maintained by Trustees in the past, only because it was unclear what areas were the Associations' responsibility. The only responsibility of the Association is to maintain the above mentioned areas. This is one reason our dues are only $30.00 a year.

The Lots along Obetz & Lockbourne Road must mow their own yard/easement behind their fence. This has become a visual impairment for traffic and appearance.
