Place leaves and yard materials in bio-degradable yard waste bags or rigid containers marked "Yard Waste Only".
Limbs and branches must be bundled with string or twine and must not exceed 2-feet in diameter and 4-feet in length.
Please place all material at the curb by 6 AM every Tuesday. After a holiday, they might pick up on Wed. but the following week the schedule will be back to Tuesday.
The following items will not be collected: Leaves in plastic bags, Sod, Fruit and Vegetables, Dirt, Rocks.
"Trash, garbage or other waste shall not be kept except in sanitary containers and out of view of the general public." Trash containers should only be at the curb on pick-up day which is one day per week. That day rotates forward one day each time there is an observed holiday. When in doubt, check your daily newspaper. There is always a list posted showing our pick-up day (our collection color is ruby). Please be considerate of your neighbors and abide by the deed restrictions concerning containers. Leaving your containers in the street, driveways etc. create an unfavorable impression of our community.
Some homeowners are using trash containers from vacant homes for their own use when their own containers are flowing over. Please be considerate and return the container back to the home after it has been emptied.
Thank you !
