We have prepared a financial statement for the Association. This statement details all transactions from 6-30-00 thru 4-1-03. As Marsha advised in her ''4/3/03 Meeting'' message, these statements were distributed at our annual meeting. This statement is a complete listing of every credit/debit done on the Association's account with a running balance also listed.
Also distributed at the meeting were reference sheets regarding the Association's deed restrictions, Association and trustee functions, trustee duties, homeowner concerns, handling restriction/code issues, clarification of area maintained by the Association, and what your homeowner fees are going toward.
We are currently obtaining bids for our mowing (with the help of one of our homeowners). A decision will be made at our Trustee meeting next week who will be taking care of our entrances, detention area and access lot.
