Just a note to let everyone know, the trustees are still working to get the 2003 dues payments still owed. At this time, there are 70 lots in the sub-division that have NOT paid their 2003 dues. These unpaid dues represent $2,100 in outstanding fees. It is important that all homeowners pay their share in the upkeep/maintenance of the entrances, access lot and detention area. If you are one of those homeowners who have not paid their 2003 dues, please do so. Thanks
