Hamilton Highlands Subdivision

I just wanted to give everyone an update on the collection of the annual fees. To date, we have received 81 payments which leaves 87 still unpaid.

I cannot stress enough the importance of receiving your payments. One of our biggest worries is not having enough money to pay for the upkeep of the entrances, detention area and access lot during the growing season. If we run out of money, we start back at square one as far as appearance. We have been working hard to improve the much neglected entrance at Harshaw.

We have just obtained a new company for the lawn maintenance and upkeep. He will start the first week in June.

For those people who have not sent in their payments yet, please do so. All the homeowners in the community reap the benefits of well-manicured entrances and lawns. Please do your part and send in your payment. Everyone will greatly appreciate it.

I think you trustees are doing a great job. This is the first time we've had ANY information about anything regarding where our money goes/statements and consistant communication. I wish you guys had been doing this the whole time.
I pay my fees, I always have. I think it's ashame, looking at the updated list of paid fees, that no more have paid than they have. The entrances are looking good and progress appears to be taking place. Some friends of mine pay $275.00 a year! I don't think $30.00 is so bad, especially if we see progress made! I guess my message to people who haven't paid is.....JUST PAY YOUR $30.00 AN BE DONE WITH IT!!!!
