Hamilton Highlands Subdivision

My neighbors and I are very please with the way our entrances and detention areas looked last summer through fall. We didn't get statements last year for our annual fees of $30.00. Are they going out this year? I was wondering how we'd have enough money to maintain them as well as last year, as it is not cheep! Please post a note on what to expect as far as dues notices are concerned.

Front Enterances

I think the up keep to the front enterances is very important. I'd personally like to see more flowers put out towards the front but thats neither here or there. Seeing that income tax and other problems with the economy I think an early post would be nice.

In the past we've had meetings, why don't we just post an opinion poll on this site to see what everyone thinks of the dues.
If the dues are just for maintaining the entrances and back area, we shouldn't need that much if everyone paid. Could we even consider lowering the annual due from $30.00? Just a thought.
